Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: MBA with a focus on Data Analytics (preferably)
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; a third language is an advantage but not mandatory
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced SQL (PostgreSQL)
  • Advanced Excel (VB, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data crunching
  • Proficiency in Database & Python for coverage and pricing updates
  • Database & Excel for coverage and pricing analysis, roaming zone updates, and ranking tables
• Analytical Skills:
  • Business analytical skills
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements
  • Structured thinking, rigor, active listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and good judgment
• Communication:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Creativity to expand the mission beyond its boundaries

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and map different data sources: Sponsors, Direct Partners, Roaming Hubs, etc.
• Load and ensure data completeness, coherence, and updates into internal databases for day-to-day activities (costs, coverage, traffic, etc.).
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on KPI trends per Roaming Sponsor.
• Monitor and update the evolution of projects in the database.
• Create automated alerts, reports, and data analysis for different internal users.
• Identify weaknesses and propose optimization alternatives.
